Are you finding that you are last on your own list of priorities and commitments to family, work and community? Gift yourself with time and space for just you. Experience being un-ruled by the clock, in peaceful self-care and reflection, in the natural setting of wilderness. Leaving the daily schedule, worries, work, TV and old patterns behind, you’ll find yourself in communion with other committed women, nature, and the more subtle energies of this magnificent planet. This is a time to lift your head to the far horizons and feel the fullness of your heart as you live each moment in awareness of your own dreams , feelings, and directions. .
Mindful of each cloud, grain of sand or cactus spine, you can allow yourself to go inward and recognize your own gifts and beauty. It is a time and an opportunity to listen with all your senses to your inner voices, sharpened by the simplicity of the wilderness, and the awesome beauty of the universe.
A journey of awareness, via the wilderness and group community, each quester will look inward and outward at the paths already traveled, the ones currently being experienced, and the dreams lost and found along the way. It is a journey to reawaken the dreams within and plant seeds for their fruition. By exposing yourself to the natural beauty and lessons of the wilderness, you’ll find new excitement about your own talents, current desires & previous dreams seeking to be remembered and fulfilled.

 Will I be embarrassed if I am a slow hiker, or novice in the wilderness? No. If you can walk two miles in relative comfort, without a pack, we can adjust the activities to meet your needs. All activities are self directed within the framework of full group support.
Details of preparation in terms of physical demands, provisions, emotional, and spiritual readiness will be sent upon your expressions of interest.
